Mrs. Gertrude Mae Fisher, 86, died here early Monday. Mrs. Fisher had lived in Crawfordsville part of the time since her husband, Orin E. Fisher, died in 1963. While here, she resided with a daughter, Mrs. William M. Daseke. At other times, she resided with a son. Leon J. Fisher, in Wheeling, W.Va. She was born May 5, 1882, in Marysville, Ohio, a daughter of Hamilton J. and Ellen Amrine Fish. She married Orin Fisher March 19, 1901. Mrs. Fisher was a member of St. Paul's Methodist Church at Celina, Ohio, where she lived most of her life. Surviving along with the son and daughter are four grandchildren, Don R. Daseke of Evanston, Ill., Mrs. Ruth Cook of Daphne, Ala., Don L. Fisher of Columbus, Ohio, and Mrs. Doris Manning, and five great-grandchildren. Services for Mrs. Gertrude Fisher, who died here Monday, will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday in the Vale-Stein Funeral Home in Celina, Ohio. Burial will be in Friends Cemetery at Byhalia, Ohio. – jlr
